We collected them in Dublin and visited their homeland in Hilltown….even finding family graves. We returned via the Mountains of Mourne and had lunch in the Mourne Seafood Bar , Dundrum. Plus a visit to Dundrum Castle.

Next day we travelled the North Coast visiting the Giants Causeway and Dunluce Castle. Lunch that day was at the Bushmills Inn.

Then it was off to Enniskillen and more family history including a meeting with relatives.

We even managed a superb private boat trip to Devenish Island through the wonderful Manor House Marine.

Onwards to Galway and a stay at the Balllynahinch Castle. Then a visit to Aughnanure Castle.

Then on to Kinsale via the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. and a stay at the superb Actons Hotel.

A trip around the Ring of Beara was beautiful.

Then on to Dublin for a few days to reflect on the tour.

And all with the lovliest group of people you could meet. A great tour with many must see attractions.

They arrived in Dublin and were chauffeured to the Slieve Donard hotel.

Their first outing was to Ardglass golf club. They then played the magnificent Royal County Down golf course.

After that it was a game of golf at County Louth golf club and their last night at the Slieve Donard.

During that time they saw the Mourne Mountains , and Saint Patricks Grave.

They ate at the Mourne Seaffod Bar and the Bucks Head.

A move to the Bushmills Inn on the North Coast allowed them to play the magnificent golf courses at Royal Portrush , Ballycastle , Castlerock , and Portstewart.

They got to see Dunluce Castle , Londonderry , the Giants Causeway , and Mussenden Temple.

Dining at the Ice House , the Anchor , Ramore Wine Bar proved very popular.

Finally it was a journey to Dublin for 3 nights at Harrington Hall.

Visits to Temple Bar proved popular as did dinner at Gallaghers Boxty House.

But they thoroughly enjoyed their Viking Splash tour.

A last round of golf at Portmarnock was followed by joining the ARTHURS DAY celebration.

And then home…..phew !!!!
